General Nature of Duties:
The Revenue Cycle Manager supports, develops, plans, and monitors the Business Office, supervising billing and collections staff. Must have expertise in healthcare revenue cycle, insurance products, and collections policies.
Specific Duties:
- Assist with financial analytics to reduce receivables, decrease denials, and increase cash flow.
- Develop plans to meet objectives and make timely, fact-based decisions.
- Supervise special projects.
- Improve internal controls and recovery processes.
- Monitor denials, identify trends, and collaborate to reduce denial exposure.
- Ensure proper reimbursement based on contracts and agreements.
- Stay updated on billing and reimbursement regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Perform other duties as needed to meet CIS/MCI goals and mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years healthcare Accounts Receivable experience.
- In-depth knowledge of third-party billing regulations.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Compensation: Starting salary $79,625. Salary will commensurate with experience.
