What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Analyst position at Midwest Concrete Materials, Inc.?
The primary focus of this position will be to coordinate with other departments to ensure sales and orders of aggregate materials are recorded accurately.
Responsibilities:
Collect daily driver and aggregate plant paperwork from Dispatch
Review and organize daily paperwork; transfer necessary documentation to electronic format as needed
Distribute paperwork, payments, tickets, etc. as needed
Review tickets in OnBase
Run all necessary reports
Review tickets against reports for accuracy
Review and correct the tickets in Apex
Audit tickets to identify discrepancies and fix as needed
Data entry of handwritten tickets into Apex
Research and process time & load tickets into Apex
Maintain customer quotes/orders in Apex. Compare completed tickets to quotes to ensure accuracy
Contact customers for tax exempt forms as needed
Serve as backup to concrete billing analyst as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualified candidates should be computer literate (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel).
Qualified candidates must have exceptional organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Candidates should be able to work well with repetitive work.
