Our company is looking to hire an experienced carpentry foreman to perform and supervise work in all phases of carpentry construction - to include but not limited to the following:
Commercial & Residential
- Framing - Wood & Steel preferably
- Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings
- Sheathing
- Sealants & weather protection
- Finish Trim, Casing and Molding
- Casework & Cabinetry Installation
- Doors & Window Installation
- Decks & Pergolas
- Siding Installation
- Soffits & Fascia
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities in the construction process
- Correctly interpret blueprints, plans & drawings
- Self Perform & Delegate Tasks to Team Members
- Performance Evaluations of Team Members
- Accurately document materials used and hours worked
- Enforce safety regulations
- Report accidents or misconduct to management
- Estimate Timelines

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience.
- Must have personal hand tools
- Must be physically fit and be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED. Continued education is a plus.
- Experience in operating machinery is a plus (can train) such as: Skid-Steer, Telehandler and Aerial Lifts
- Experience operating laser level and shooting elevations is a plus (can train).
- Leadership, Teamwork and Communication Skills
- Must have an eye for detail
- Valid Drivers License
