We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Midwest Detail Garage. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a key role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, and waxing.
- Utilize various cleaning products and tools to achieve optimal results in detailing.
- Execute buffing procedures to restore shine and remove imperfections from vehicle surfaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility as needed for cleaning and positioning.
Experience
- Previous experience in Auto detailing is preferred
- Familiarity with car detailing techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
