Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance of our vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
- Ensure that all vehicles are detailed according to company standards before delivery to customers.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for cleaning and positioning within the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle detailing services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Experience
- Previous experience in car wash/detailing is preferred
- Familiarity with detailing products and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
