Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Shop Hand/Warehouse Driver to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and includes everything from receiving/stocking materials, loading/unloading orders, making deliveries and keeping our warehouse organized. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with inventory management, pulling trailers, driving a forklift, and knowledge of the construction industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of various construction materials.
Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and unload drywall and related materials (sometimes by hand) in a safe and timely manner
- Operate company vehicles including trucks or forklifts as needed
- Make local deliveries to job sites and customers using company vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/shop area and vehicle(s)
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory, pulling orders, receiving/stocking materials, packing, etc.
- Monitor product integrity and address any quality issues that may arise
- Perform vehicle and equipment inspections and checks
- Maintain delivery logs
- Follow company procedures and safety regulations
- Help out with other shop or field tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a driver (warehouse or delivery preferred)
- Experience with warehouse work and pulling trailers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physically demanding work
- Forklift experience or certification is a big plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Excellent time management, organization, reading, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to commute to various counties
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in construction, drywall, or building materials
- Experience with Bluebeam
