RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs facial treatments, chemical peels, HydraFacial, SkinPen, waxing, tinting, and laser services.
- Evaluates clients’ individual needs and expectations to determine the most customized service or program specific for each client.
- Prepare rooms and materials as necessary for incoming Esthetic Skin Care patients
- Provides recommendations for follow-up care and proper product use while maintaining loyalty of clients.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the treatment rooms and reception area
- Responsible for notifying appropriate staff when supplies are needed and following standard supply protocol
- Acts as a resource for the clinical team & Midwest Facial Plastic Surgeons regarding patient care needs related to skin care
- Responsible for the sale of retail products and assisting with monthly inventory as needed
- Administrative tasks and appropriate follow up with clientele (client check-in’s/check-outs, taking payments, emails, thank you notes, projects, etc.)
- Provides support for marketing (promotions, events, social media posts)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Esthetic/Skin Care Program
- Licensed as an Advanced Practice Esthetician in the State of Minnesota
- Valid Driver’s License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Esthetician
- Laser experience, preferably Sciton

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
