RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling all physician and provider appointments accurately and efficiently
- Responsible for a friendly greeting and beginning the registration process
- Responsible for routing calls to the appropriate person when necessary
- Obtain and enter current demographic and insurance information accurately and update as necessary
- Responsible for rescheduling appointments when a physician schedule changes as well as maintaining efficient and accurate provider schedules
- Communication with interpreter services and accompany appointments
- Manage schedules to adjust when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year customer service or reception experience
- Must be located in Minnesota or Wisconsin
- Valid Driver’s License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a medical office environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
Additional Information
While this role offers remote opportunities, onsite work at our Administrative office in Woodbury, MN is required during onboarding.
