RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor clinic flow and identify areas for improvement to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that the clinic runs efficiently.
- Oversee clinical performance and ensure compliance with established regulations and standards, including quality assurance, safety, confidentiality, and electronic medical record documentation, to the standards set by physician leadership.
- Solicit physician feedback, monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of services, and promptly address patient and staff concerns.
- Coordinate and implement onboarding and training plans to ensure all employees are sufficiently trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Responsible for analyzing staffing patterns and partnering with Clinical Operations Manager to evaluate and select talent.
- Provide feedback and guidance to staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and oversee ordering clinical supplies and equipment to ensure proper inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma with post-secondary education
- 3 years of healthcare experience
- 1 year of experience using electronic medical records software
- Valid Driver’s License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a specialty care clinic
- 1 year of clinical supervisory experience

Salary : $62,000 - $70,000
