Join Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery & FACE Cosmetic Skincare , Minnesota's premier provider of cosmetic and reconstructive care for the face, as our Director of Facial Plastics (FP) .
In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the primary business leader for our Facial Plastics Division, encompassing aesthetician services, retail product sales, and physician & injector services. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Physician & Executive leadership to craft and execute innovative growth strategies while managing the financial and operational success of the division.
What You'll Do :
- Shape the Future : Develop growth strategies to expand physician-related products and services, crafting a visionary plan for the division's continued success.
- Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the successful execution of growth initiatives and projects.
- Build Partnerships : Cultivate strategic alliances and relationships with organizations that align with and enhance our business model.
- Elevate the Client Experience : Ensure exceptional customer care by actively managing and refining the client journey within the division.
- Lead the Team : Supervise, mentor, and schedule aesthetician, front desk, and surgery scheduling staff to maximize performance.
- Ensure Financial Success : Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to develop and maintain the division's annual budget, driving net income growth.
- Amplify Brand Awareness : Partner with the Marketing Department to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns that enhance our brand.
