Customer Care Coordinator
Midwest Electric & Generator is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to assist the office with customer service and backend data entry tasks. This position will be temporary April through September with part-time hours of Monday through Friday 12pm-5pm with potential for a long-term opportunity. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service skills, comfortable and confident phone etiquette, task-oriented, someone who is adaptable to change, and has a willingness to help colleagues.
Primary Duties include
- Position is available in Elk River MN. Shift is M-F 12:00pm-5:00pm
- Answer phones and directing calls to appropriate departments
- Entering customer information in CRM
- Customer follow-up
- Schedule estimate appointments
- Assembling sales folders
- Maintain DOT vehicle logs
- Maintain day to day updating of CRMs and customer profiles
- Proficient in electronics such as desktop computers, phone systems, multiple software systems, laptops and iPads
