What You'll Do
As a member of our Technical Solutions Team, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex issues related to our customers' fiber internet and telephone services. Your mission will be to provide timely resolutions, minimize downtime, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will :
- Set up customers' Wi-Fi and smart devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, chat, and web sessions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and field technicians.
- Diagnose software and network issues.
- Investigate errors and guide users through resolutions.
- Sell MEC products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
