Assistant Manager

Immediate openings - we are currently looking to train 5 Assistant Managers to help oversee our Cleveland location and help with our expansion goals for 2024. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for management in months, not years! We're continuing to expand due to our clients demands and the growth hasn't stopped!

Assistant Manager

  • Full Training

    • Successful assistant managers will be responsible for the set up and execution of consulting campaigns throughout the Greater Cleveland area with our leading energy clients. Clients and services represented include leaders in the energy industries. We are looking for several qualified assistant managers to train.

  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with company standards of productivity.
  • Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; explain contracts, expected outcome, and services.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
