Construction Project Management - Lead

Midwest Engineering, Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position is open to Construction Managers that have experience in Roadway and Bridge construction. This position is best suited for an individual who is seeking an opportunity to further their career and gain valuable experience across multiple construction fields.
· Work with clients and construction contractor to administer construction contract terms.
· Manage or perform field visits to oversee construction progress.
· Coordinate with the internal team to manage project needs.
· Manage workflow, reporting, and status updates of construction projects.
· Review plans, documents, and contractor means and methods for constructability and value engineering considerations.
· Ensure project approvals, permits, and utilities are in order prior to start date.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or commensurate experience in related fields.
· 3 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and lead others.
· Regular and reliable attendance.
