Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction management. As a Foreman, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication among team members.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Keep track of employees hours and fill out time sheets, get quantities for devices installed, ensure devices are getting installed effeciently and correctly
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Communication skills with general contractors and subcontractors
• capable of basic plan reading skills to guide construction processes.
• Tractor trailer combo driving ability(CDL driver)
• Ability to operate skid steers, tractor, tillers, & trenchers
• Equipment maitenance & repair skills preferred but not required
• OSHA 10 hour certification preferred but not required. We offer OSHA 10 hour training if needed.
• Reliability and organization
• Ability for overnight travel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
