ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to):
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 4 Administrative Coordinators and 4 Production Ambassadors
- Foster a Positive Work Environment Through Mentoring, Team Development and Demonstration of the Organization’s Core Values of Respect for the Individual, Open Communication, A Challenging Spirit and Innovation and Timely, Informed Decision Making
- Maintain Legal Compliance for the Organization ie. Record retention, Policy management, Associate disciplinary action
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the Human Resources area
- Keep Current with Emerging Workplace Trends
- Assess the Needs of the Organization and Develop Programs for Sustainability
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to delegate, multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Supporting development of Departmental Budget
- Track, Monitor and Report Monthly KPI’s. Ability to analyze data, trend reports and communicate to leadership
- Full understanding of the life cycle of an Associate and HR touchpoints.
- Understanding of co-employment and contingent workforce guidelines
- Support development of Retention Strategies and Initiatives
- Develop, Deliver and Administer Company Policies and Procedures
- Oversee the Facilitation of Unemployment Claims
- Strong experience in leading investigations including strategy management, documentation and communication.
- Assist with Succession Planning Program
- Assist with Performance Management Review Program
- Responsible for Disciplinary Action Data Entry and Consistent Application
- Ensure a High Level of Associate Relations in all Departments to Support Associates and Management
- Facilitate and Maintain Daily Communication with all Levels of the Organization
- Maintain and Monitor Company Morale
- Serve as a Role Model for Policies and Procedures Enforcement
- Conduct Training for Management on the Roll Out of New Initiatives
- Maintain a Customer Service Focus, Ensuring and Protecting our Customers’ Best Interests
- Lead Continuous Improvement Activities of Job Functions as well as the Job Functions of Reporting Associates. Ability to streamline and enhance current processes to bring team and process efficiency.
- Maintain Confidentiality of Sensitive Information and Sustain Trust with Peers and Customers
Required
- BA/BS in Human Resources or Related Field (Desired)
- Three (3) – Five (5) Years Experience in Human Resources
- Two (2) Plus Years Prior Leadership Experience
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience with HRIS
