Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to service requests, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor during interactions.
2. Repair and Troubleshooting: Perform inspections and diagnose problems related to roofing, siding, windows, and doors. Execute repairs efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
3. Maintenance and Upkeep: Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed products, identifying potential issues and addressing them proactively to prevent future complications.
4. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the home improvement products that we use here at Midwest Exteriors, including roofing systems, siding materials, window types, and door designs. Stay updated on product specifications and advancements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
