Position Requirements :
Previous experience is great but certainly not required. We have an excellent training program; therefore, with an energetic personality and willingness to learn we can provide you with the necessary skills to be a great Technician.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Prepare exam rooms and patients for eye examinations
- Perform preliminary eye testing
- Assist with patient procedures
- Coordinate patient flow
- Occasional travel to support nearby offices may be requested
WHAT WE OFFER :
Starting wage based on previous experience / certification
PHYSICAL DEMANDS (per ADA guidelines) : Physical Activity : Standing for sustained periods of time, Stooping, Grasping, Lifting, Talking, Hearing. Physical requirements : Light work. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis from floor to waist, 5 lbs from waist to shoulder, and 5 lbs from shoulder to overhead.
