- Manage project scheduling, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist in budgeting by tracking expenses and managing costs associated with the project.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Skills
- Proficient in contract management and understanding contractual obligations.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data related to projects.
- Knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with Ohmmeter usage for electrical testing as needed on-site.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution.
- Experience in building construction projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in using construction management software, particularly Prolog or similar platforms.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team leadership and motivation.
- Strong project scheduling abilities, ensuring efficient workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
