Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Reports To: Office Manager
Job Overview:
The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for patients and visitors at Federal Injury Centers of Dayton. This role requires professionalism, organization, and excellent communication skills to create a welcoming environment and ensure efficient office operations. The Front Desk Coordinator manages patient scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks while supporting the case management and medical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction and Customer Service
- New Patient Intake and Communication
- Appointment Scheduling and Management
- Reception Area Maintenance
- Administrative Duties: Ensure all voicemails, text messages, emails, and social media messages are returned by the end of each day. Confirm patient contact information is accurate and up to date at every visit. Assist with scanning and uploading all necessary patient documentation into the EMR system.

- Friendly, patient-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in the front office of the clinic and requires frequent interaction with patients, medical staff, and case managers. The role involves sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of office materials.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
