Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as carry out material, and pouring concrete.
- Operate power tools and hand tools as required.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all safety protocols and adhering to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fence construction is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
