Position Summary
This role is responsible for selling fiber internet services to new businesses on and near our fiber network. This is a hunter role that includes obtaining leads, negotiating and closing sales. You'd be selling fiber-based internet solutions to businesses.
This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission. Targeted earnings from $60,000-$95,000 per year or more!
6-month ramp up period. Hybrid schedule- in office, remote and obtaining leads/meeting potential customers on-site.
Job Responsibilities
· Make sales calls to determine customer needs, gain information and sell MWFN services to prospective customers in order to achieve sales quota
· Prospect new business by cold calling, door knocking, virtual selling, and networking
· Follow up (by phone or visit) on quotations submitted to customers
· Establish and develop professional customer relationships
· Submit weekly activity/call reports concerning customer related activities for proposals, orders, and challenges concerning customer relationships
· Provide a territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis
· Perform assigned duties with minimum personal supervision
Education/Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
· 1-2 years B2B sales experience is preferred
· Technical or telecommunications background a plus
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
· Proficiency utilizing cold calling and door knocking sales techniques
· Proven track record of success in sales
· Must have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
