Midwest Finishing Systems is a leader in the design, fabrication, and installation of complete turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. We custom design and build all our pretreatment washers, dry-off and cure ovens, environmental rooms, conveyance systems, and controls to specific requirements.Midwest Finishing Systems is seeking a highly skilled General Electrical Technician that will be responsible for the assembly of electrical components into a control panel.General Electrical Technician Duties / Responsibilities : Assemble complex wiring layouts on electric unitsSet up and testing of systemsPreparation of panels for shipmentCommunicating problems and quality control issues to co-workers and managersAnticipating material and resource needs for upcoming projectsKeeping work area clean and organizedOperating forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment to load and ship productsGeneral Electrical Technician Requirements and Qualifications : Experience with 480VAC, 120VAC, 24VDC wiringBasic understanding of system electrical printsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsPrepping electrical control cabinets (i.e., unwrapping, cutting, installing components)Prepping assemblies mechanically and electricallyBending EMT conduitGeneral use of hand toolsAble to troubleshoot equipmentWilling to travel to change parts out on completed systemsWe offer highly competitive wages and the ability to work OT.
