Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our flood restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by connecting with plumbing, property management, insurance agencies, and corporate entities to promote our flood restoration services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong understanding of restoration processes and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and partnerships with insurance agencies, property managers, contractors and corporate entities.
· Client Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with insurance agencies, property managers, contractors and corporate entities.
· Sales Process: Present and explain flood restoration services, assess client needs, provide customized solutions, and close sales.
· Partnership Development: Foster relationships with insurance agents, real estate professionals, and other companies to drive referrals and repeat business.
· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new techniques to provide informed recommendations and maintain a strong market presence.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare activity reports, and forecast sales pipeline performance.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the water mitigation industry.
· Strong knowledge of flood damage restoration processes.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong management of time.
· Strategic thinking and planning.
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
