Midwest Home Design and Restoration is adding a few ROCKSTARS to our TEAM!
We are looking for talented people that want to have fun and make lots of MONEY!!!
Must be outgoing and want to WIN! Can't be shy. Can't take no for an answer.
Must be willing to work 4 hours a day! YES only 4 hours a day to make 3K a week!
We will train YOU how to succeed! Must not be scared of heights!
Midwest Home Design and Restoration is one of Kentucky's leading storm restorations companies. We assist homeowners with insurance related storm damage. WE WILL TRAIN YOU! You don't have to have experience! BUT you must be willing to work hard and learn.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory through cold calling, knocking on doors and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Must be able to work from 4pm to 8pm every evening.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies tailored to your territory.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct cold calls effectively and generate leads independently.
- Experience in conducting product demos that engage potential customers.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently while contributing to team goals.
