Midwest Home Design and Restoration is looking to add a Reginal Sales Manager to the TEAM!
This is a GO GET IT POSITION! You must have Storm restoration experience! Must know what storm damage is and the process with the insurance companies. Must be able to train multiple Sales Rep in different territories in KY. YOU MUST PRODUCE! You will manage your TEAM and make them successful.
This position is a 1099 position for the 1st 90 days. Company provided vehicle. Salary plus uncapped commission.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
- Must KNOCK doors with your TEAM! Some leads provided.
- Close deals!
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Perform property inspection for storm damage. Must get on ROOFS!
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for upper management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $165,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
