We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and expand our business operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to enhance market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a strong understanding of sales management practices.
This position is to drive SALES!!! Leads provided! We will interview, train and hire your team for you! We put them through our University Sales Program. To get them ready to HIT THE GROUND READY FOR YOU!
You need to mentor and lead by SELLING ROOFS!

We handle production, ordering and scheduling! JUST GO SALE, SALE, SALE!
This is for the territory of GA and SC!
This position requires day to day working with your TEAM out in the field. Not sitting in a office. NOT what we are looking for. If you really want to make 250K a year, then apply. Do not apply if you have zero experience!
If you don't know D2D then don't apply! Its not all D2D but you need to be able to teach it!
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology or D2D sectors.
- Strong background in Roofing sales.
- Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
