Job Summary: The Salesperson will be responsible for selling roofing and exterior services to residential and commercial clients. This role involves conducting roof inspections, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently. We specialize in working with insurance companies on behalf of homeowners due to STORM DAMAGE! This is a DOOR-to-DOOR position! You will be responsible for knocking 50-100 doors a day. You cannot take no for an answer! MUST be STRONG in closing skills! Must be able to do roof inspections! Must have a ladder! Must have reliable transportation!
Average commissions per roof is $1200.00. YES $1200.00!!!!! Do 6 roofs a month and make $7200.00 only working 30 hours a week! THIS is a commission position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on residential homeowner's roofs to assess client needs and provide accurate insurance damage assessments.
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their roofing and exterior needs
- Canvass neighborhoods four nights a week from 4 pm to 7 pm and every other Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm to generate leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using company-provided tools.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or exterior services industry.
- Ability to safely climb and inspect up to two-story roofs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self- motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable using technology, including a smart phone, iPad, computer, and cloud-based systems.

Pay: $2,414.00 - $3,986.00 per week
