Currently Midwest Home Design is selecting ALLSTAR In-Home Sales Reps for our Roofing Sales divsion. This is a great opportunity to make BIG MONEY but have time with your family too. This is a 1099 commission position! Paying up to 12% for experienced Rep! 60/40 Split on deductible! Best pay plan in the area.

We are in the business of Home Remodeling. The demand for our services has exploded this year. This is a unique sales opportunity because we pay the highest commissions in the industry. We HELP homeowners with roof damages. We work directly with the insurance companies. We work as the liaison between the homeowner and the insurance company to get a FREE roof for the homeowner.

Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a FREE in-home consultation
• Manage customer relationships from close of the deal till completion of the work
• Represent our company as a Brand Ambassador with a great attitude and a professional appearance
• Make sure all paperwork is turned in and verified with the office
• ONE CALL CLOSER
• Be on time for every appointment
• Ability to climb a ladder and get on roofs to inspect for damage

Sales Representative Qualifications

• 2 years of sales
• Professional demeanor with an outgoing personality
• Highly motivated
• Self starter
• Excellant communication skills
• Vehicle with insurance
• Cold calling talents
• Drivers License
