Purpose –
The Inbound Sales Representative plays a vital role in managing inbound leads from web, phone, and online inquiries, ensuring prompt responses, accurate routing, and efficient online order processing. This position also supports the Outside Sales team by preparing quotes, maintaining the CRM system, and onboarding new customers. Additionally, the role provides backup support for key sales functions as needed.
Key Accountabilities:
1: Support the lead management process – web, phone, and live chat
- Answer phone calls and route accordingly
- Oversee all leads (qualify, disqualify, route) and follow up
- Complete phoned credit card orders
- Assist in outbound lead generation/prospecting
2: Process online store orders for new customers
- Enter new customers into CRM and qualify and create Great Plains customer number
- Enter Canadian orders manually over the phone and enter into CRM/Customer Order Form
- Send Thank You email for order
3: Back up Sales Administration functions
- Outside Sales support including quotes, updating CRM and opportunities, Onboarding new customers
4: Other duties as assigned
