Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting customers items to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

Duties

• Safely operate vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for tracking purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including heavy lifting and operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Support moving operations, ensuring items are securely transported.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including familiarity with heavy lifting techniques.
• Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and safe handling of goods.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery requirements.
