2nd Shift Cleaning-Janitorial

Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. is looking to hire 1 part-time cleaning position for a medical facility in Center Point.

The position is Monday - Friday for 2.50 hours per day. Additional hours are available in the Hiawatha/Cedar Rapids area.

$17.00 ($16.00 $1.00 performance/attendance bonus)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, exam room cleaning, break room cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
• Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 20 lbs. – 40 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility
• Must pass a background check
• Must adhere to the company’s and client's safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• A high degree of professionalism
• Exceptional customer service skills as work may be performed around client
• High attention to detail
• Reliable
• Self-Motivated
• Able to Work with Others

Wage varies by facility assigned. Some facilities offer a Performance/Attendance Bonus of up to $2.00 more per hour. The facilities require a highly detailed, reliable person. Clients paying for this incentive expect the highest level of service.
