Midwest Janitorial Service is looking to hire part-time second-shift cleaning for facilities in Independence and Oelwein.
Facility 1: Independence position is three days per week for 2 hours /day. $17.00/hour ($16.00 $1.00 Performance/Attendance Bonus)
Facility 2: Oelwein position is three days per week for 2.75 hours/day. $17.50/hour ($16.50 $1.00 Performance Attendance Bonus)
Start time after 6:00 pm. These facilities can be combined for more hours and be done on alternating days if needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, restroom cleaning, dusting and trash removal.
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters, tables, etc.)
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat, lift 20 lbs. – 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from facilities
- Must pass a background check.
- Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills as work performed may be around client.

Wage varies by facility assigned. Facilities that offer a Performance/Attendance Bonus require a highly detailed, reliable person. Clients paying for this incentive expect the highest level of service.
