What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Cleaning Specialist position at Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc.?
Midwest Janitorial Service is a well-established cleaning company looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our team as part-time cleaners.
Position is Monday - Friday, 15-20 hrs per week starting at 6:00 pm.
Cleaning will take place in a medical facility where you will be cleaning/disinfecting exam rooms, operatories, restrooms, and common areas. These positions require a detailed person who understands the importance of providing a clean and safe environment for the patients and also the staff that work there. Must have exceptional customer service and be able to work safely around others.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General cleaning, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
- Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and be on feet the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift 25 -50 lbs based on position.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from facilities
- Must have exceptional customer service skills as work may be performed with the client present
- Must have excellent attendance.
- Must pass a nationwide background check.
- Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
