“When you change your thoughts, remember to also change your world.”
~Norman Vincent Peale
Midwest Kia is growing and needs two people to join our Customer Support Team within our Automotive Sales Department.
We are willing to train, but experience in automotive or customer service is a plus.
We have had 3 years of record-breaking growth both locally and as a national brand. We need to expand to handle the number of calls and online inquiries we receive each day, and you will be an important part of this expansion.
Our training program is designed to give you the skills needed to be successful. We have raised the hourly wage to $17.50. Our goal is to attract a higher-quality candidate. We seek to hire, train, and promote from within whenever possible.
For you to fit into our culture, we are looking for someone fun, personable, energetic, and coachable. We want you to be a good human. Our customers deserve to be treated well and so do your coworkers.
So, does this sound like the right place for you? If the answer is yes. Submit your resume today, and we will email you within 24 hours to schedule a Zoom interview. PLEASE CHECK YOUR MESSAGES.
(It is crazy how many people will apply for a job and never respond.)
