Your day starts with a lively morning meeting to align on the days projects and share key details. This is your chance to connect with your teammates, discuss strategies, and prepare for a fulfilling day of work in the great outdoors.

***Requirements:***

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Willingness to work 40 hours per week.

Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow, etc.)

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks (such as shoveling, pruning, and moving about).

Good, reliable transportation to join us every day.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, crew leaders, and fellow team members.

***No Experience? No Problem!***

We dont require prior industry experience; were looking for hardworking individuals with a great attitude who are eager to learn and grow with us. Get paid to stay in shape!

Our busy spring/summer season runs from April to November, with winter roles focusing on snow removal for commercial sites.

Bonuses:

o Sign-on Bonus: receive a $500 bonus after successfully completing your first 480 hours with us.

o Referral Bonus: earn bonuses for each new hire you refer who completes their first 480 hours.

Starting wages range from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime during peak season.
