Dedicated Logistics Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Driver to join our team at Midwest Logistic Systems. This role involves driving the same out-and-back dedicated route, working with the same customers every day, and hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers.

In this position, you will have a predictable daily home time work schedule, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to work with onsite leaders and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Route and detention pay for efficient deliveries.
• Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter for meeting performance standards.
• Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter for commitment to the company.
• Weekly paychecks for timely payment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for safe transportation.
• Residency within 50 miles of Vance, AL, for easy access to routes.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience for familiarity with routes and vehicles.
