What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dedicated Truck Driver Opportunity position at Midwest Logistic Systems?
About Our Dedicated Truck Drivers
At Midwest Logistic Systems, we offer a unique opportunity for dedicated truck drivers to join our team. With a predictable daily home time schedule, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a dedicated truck driver, you'll be hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks, providing a comfortable and safe driving experience.
Our dedicated route is designed to ensure that you're always working with the same customers and following the same out-and-back route, making it easier to establish a routine and minimize downtime. Additionally, you'll enjoy long hauls with no-touch freight, allowing you to focus on the road without unnecessary stops or detours.
We believe in recognizing and rewarding our drivers' hard work and dedication. That's why we offer competitive pay and bonus potential, including route and detention pay, safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter, and a longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter. You'll also receive weekly paychecks, so you can plan your finances with confidence.
As a dedicated truck driver at Midwest Logistic Systems, you'll need to meet certain qualifications, including a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), at least 3 months of Class A driving experience, and residency within 50 miles of Leesburg, AL. We also offer additional benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, ten paid holidays, and paid time off.
