Job Summary
This is a full-time job opportunity for a dedicated route driver to haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs. The daily schedule will be predictable, and the same customers will be visited every day. This role offers competitive pay and bonus potential, including route and detention pay, safety and performance bonuses, and longevity bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the same out-and-back dedicated route daily.
- Haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
- Work with onsite leaders and dispatch.
Benefits and Compensation
- Weekly paychecks.
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
- Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
- Route and detention pay.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
- Live within 30 miles of New Castle, IN.
