Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our team. As an MLS Driver, you will be responsible for hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a predictable daily home time work schedule
- Operate on the same out-and-back dedicated route every day
- Work with the same customers daily
- Unload no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight
- Collaborate with onsite leaders and dispatch teams
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay and Bonus Potential:
- Route and detention pay available
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
- Safety and performance bonuses up to $600 per quarter
- Longevity bonus up to $750 per quarter
- Weekly paychecks issued
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Reside within 35 miles of Saint Paris, OH
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
