Job Description:
Job Title: MLS Driver
Schedule: FULLTIME
Sign On Bonus: 3000
- As a dedicated driver for Midwest Logistics Systems, Ltd. (MLS), you will enjoy a predictable daily home time work schedule.
- You will drive out-and-back dedicated routes and work with the same customers on a regular basis.
- Your duties will include hauling automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer day cabs.
- Additionally, you will haul no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
- You will work closely with onsite leaders and dispatch teams to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
Compensation and Incentives:
- Competitive pay rates based on experience.
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
- Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
- Weekly paychecks ensure timely compensation for your hard work.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Reside within 50 miles of Boaz, AL.
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience required.
