Predictable Daily Home Time Schedule
We offer a predictable daily home time work schedule, allowing you to plan your day with confidence. As an MLS driver, you will drive the same out-and-back dedicated route every day, working with the same customers and developing strong relationships.
Faultless Freight Hauling
Haul automotive parts in dry van trailers with newer trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transportation. Our no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight reduces manual handling and minimizes potential issues.
Collaborative Team Environment
You will work closely with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. This collaborative environment fosters growth, support, and mutual respect among team members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Route and detention pay for efficiently navigating routes and managing delays.
- Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter, recognizing outstanding safety records and excellent driving habits.
- Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter, rewarding dedication and commitment to the role.
- Weekly paychecks for timely financial management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is mandatory for this position.
- Reside within 30 miles of Fort Wayne, IN, for convenient access to the designated route.
- Hold a minimum of 3 months' experience in Class A driving, demonstrating proficiency and adaptability on the road.
