MLS Driver Job Description
Predictable Daily Schedule: Enjoy a consistent daily routine with a set home time.
Same Route, Same Customers: Drive the same out-and-back route and work with the same customers every day.
Automotive Parts Hauling: Transport automotive parts in dry van trailers using newer trucks.
No-Touch Freight: Haul mostly drop-and-hook freight with minimal interaction.
Leadership Support: Work with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Route Pay: Earn additional pay for routes completed on time.
- Detention Pay: Receive compensation for unexpected delays.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 bonus for experienced drivers.
- Bonuses: Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter, and longevity bonuses of up to $750 per quarter.
- Weekly Paychecks: Receive regular weekly payments.
Qualifications
- CDL Requirements: Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Location: Live within 30 miles of Bowling Green, OH.
- Driving Experience: Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
