Job Description
This position involves working as a yard jockey driver for Midwest Logistics Systems. As a dedicated yard driver, you will be responsible for moving dry van trailers within the yard to facilitate loading and unloading at the dock.
You will work onsite at a customer location, interacting with customers and using a computer to process loads. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Details
The compensation package for this position includes route and detention pay, safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter, longevity bonuses of up to $750 per quarter, and weekly paychecks.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Additionally, you should live within 30 miles of Saint Marys, OH, and have at least three months of Class A driving experience.
Previous experience as a yard jockey driver is also highly recommended, as it will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
