Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting, staffing, and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
- Attract, retain, and effectively engage location personnel
- Regularly communicate company values, principles, and mission and operational information with location employees
- Achieve sales and income goals for sales, parts, and service as determined by the company
Individual Selling Responsibilities:
- Represent the company for the sale of machinery to area-defined customer base
- Proactively grow customer base in assigned territory and follow up on potential leads
- Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
Facilities Management Responsibilities:
- Recommend sales department equipment for the defined location, including vehicles and sales office equipment
- Oversee maintenance, security, and a professional appearance of the facility and property, both inside and out
