Production Team Member

Midwest Manufacturing, the manufacturing division of Menards, has continually grown to become one of the largest manufactures of building materials with 12 locations throughout the Midwest. The Dakota Panel plant in Rapid City, SD specializes in particleboard and particleboard finished goods such as shelving, moldings, and cabinets.

Full Time Positions available for Day Shift and Night Shift

• Day Shift: 7am - 7pm
• Night Shift: 7pm - 7am

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Worker

Main duties: Performing general cleanup of the particle board line (sweeping/dusting/scrubbing occasionally).

Less Frequent: Help out in areas with monitoring equipment and minor maintenance to keep the areas running. Operate a forklift to aid in cleaning and to move bunks of wood off the end of the line. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Will train.

Skills/Requirements

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Have Reliable Transportation

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

· Ability to stand for an entire shift

· Some positions require continuous walking

· Requires periods of bending, reaching, pulling, and stooping

· Ability to work additional hours

· Ability to pass a drug test
