We are a medical consulting company that assists Veterans seeking disability benefits from the VA for illness/injury related to their military service.
There is currently an opening for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in West Plains MO. Tasks include collecting history, conducting physical assessments, reviewing and interpreting diagnostic reports, reviewing medical record, and formulating evidence based medical opinions. This is a contract position and the NP is paid per exam completed. The NP will conduct between 5-7 exams per 8 hour day and pay will generally range between $600-$1000/day. The schedule is flexible and the NP will be in control of what days and hours they work. This position requires combing through 100's of pages of medical records and can be tedious. The NP must be detail oriented and timely in completion of their reports.
