Midwest Medical Center is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join the team. Hours would be Monday-Friday, daytime hours totaling 40 hours per week. This position requires a high regard for confidentiality, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong computer skills. Prior experience with employee benefits, payroll or talent acquisition/recruitment is preferred. 2 years experience in an administrative or HR role is required, 5 years is preferred. Associates degree or HR certificate program completion is required.
Min. $22, Max $31/hr base wage range, based on education level and experience.
