Description:
Provide and maintain accurate inventory knowledge both physically and electronically, while upholding company policies and procedures. Call on Accounts/Reps directly to assist and achieve sales goals. Attend training courses and conferences as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain records of quantity, type, value of material and equipment for multiple product lines
- Compare inventories to office records
- Process purchase orders, track orders, and investigate problems
- Verify computations from various reports against physical count of stock and report reason for discrepancies
- Restock / order items as necessary
- Organize and maintain warehouse
- Keep clear and organized spreadsheets of Inventory
Qualifications:
- Supply Chain Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Excel knowledge required
