Duties
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage and train front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and billing.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Implement and uphold clinic policies and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient experiences throughout their visit.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to attract new patients.
Experience
- Proven experience in front desk management or a similar role within the medical industry.
- Strong background in patient relations with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including appointment and referral systems and night audit procedures.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hour during the week.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment.
