We are looking for on-site Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Work on site doing installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to stick weld, MIG weld preferred but not required
- Candidates must be mechanically inclined with electrical and hydraulic experience
- Must have shift flexibility and ability to work overtime
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $31.00 per hour
